Sparkle Shine Car Wash

Stopped in to vacuum my jeep in early May and met Dave. He was super nice and responsive. He told me he had the business for 31 years. Told me about the products and services he offered and why they were good quality. He mentioned a few deals that sounded like a solid option for car care. His prices are a little high with 20$ for a premium wash, but you get what you pay for. Premium service. Its worth it to support the local community. Thanks Dave.

I visited this car wash today, and during the process my car did not move forward as expected. While I understand that situations like this can happen, the employee assisting me immediately started yelling instructions instead of calmly guiding me through what to do. I followed the instructions, and after identifying that the auto hold brake feature was activated, I was able to proceed and complete the wash. However, the way I was treated was unprofessional and unnecessarily aggressive. A calmer and more respectful approach would have made a big difference. Additionally, after leaving the car wash, I noticed several scratches on my vehicle, including a deeper scratch on one of the rims that was previously in good condition. This is very concerning. I am sharing this feedback so that the business can improve both customer service and the overall care taken with customers’ vehicles.

Well, I thought I’d try some place other than Scott’s but what a waste of $15. Most car washes as your car is pulled in gets sprayed with soap, so there’s a soapy/ waxy smell that’s kinda fresh and nice. Not here! This place actually stinks like stagnant reused water. I’m not kidding, it was bad. When my car came out into the sun, immediately I noticed all my windows had a dirty film on them. The lower part of my black car doesn’t look all that bad, but from the door handles up has a dirty film all over it. Never experienced that before at any other car wash! So, lesson learned. If you take pride in a clean car, then I’d seriously consider going somewhere other than Sparkle Wash. Sorry, I can’t recommend a business that takes customers hard earned money and provides below par service!

Love that it's touchless...Did a pretty good job...Long lines, but not many touchless around no more.. Great so nothing gets scratched!
